It would seem that Sarah Palin is following the two year career rule.  Brendan Spaar has heard that it is wise to change jobs every two years.  Palin has decided not to renew her contract as a paid contributer to the Fox News Channel.  When asked why she was leaving the channel, Palin responded that she was tired of "preaching to the choir" and wanted to get her message out to a larger audience.  So Sarah Palin is basically calling Fox out on being the conservative mouthpiece.  So much for Fair and Balanced.

Rep. Diane Franklin, of Camdenton Missouri wants to add an extra sales tax to violent video games to cut down on their sales in the wake of the recent Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Newtown Connecticut.  Franklin is proposing that a new tax be added to all video games that are rated Teen, Mature, or Adult by the ESRB.  Brendan Spaar does not think that taxing mature video games is the answer to school shootings.  If you tax or eliminate violent video games, there is an argument that crazy people will not have an outlet for their rage and will actually take things out on others, increasing gun violence instead of cutting down on it.

Let me start by saying that Brendan Spaar does not believe this crackpot conspiracy theorist that you are about to read about.  He is simply putting the story out there so that you can see how wacko some people actually are in this world. 

A communications professor at Florida Atlantic University  named James Tracy has stated in radio interviews as well as on his blog that he believes that the Obama administration hired actors to stage a shooting masacre in Newtown Connecticut so that he could push his anti gun agenda.  Mr. Tracy believes that all of the families that lost children in the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary are paid actors that are lying.  This is just sick.  The man should go to Newtown and see the pain for himself as if the 24 hour news coverage of that town isn't enough to show you that.  Although James Tracy is a crazy delusional lunitic, he is only a few ticks away from some of the people that have been interviewed on Fox News recently.  There are people out there, maybe not as crazy as Mr. Tracy, who believe that Obama himself will walk into their home and try to take their gun away from them.  They may even believe that the President staged the shooting although they will never admit it on a blog or radio interview...that would be crazy!
